As highlighted in my CV, I have a lot of experience in investment banking and customer service. During these years I had a chance to cover different positions in different teams. All services were very focused on customer satisfaction and on targets achievement. Especially between 2010 and 2014, where I was in charge of a team of three employees, I developed leadership skills, team organisation, motivation and communications skills. During this experience, I had to reach high standards, we achieved all targets like increasing current account number by 20%. I enjoy meeting and interacting with other people and cultures. I get excited by the demanding roll of operating an airliner, the way the job is dynamic, the chance to learn something new each flight. The challenges of meteorology and unique approaches like London City airport. But above all, is my passion for aircraft and flying, this, more than anything else has helped me stay driven towards my final goal of flying for a profession. In my present working experience with Blue Islands as FO, I have increased the knowledge about FO duties. I have learned how to provide information and assistance to the captain for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight and how crucial are SOPs in our job.
